Trend Communications Licenses VQmon for Triple Play Test Set
VQmon provides real time performance analysis and high-level QoE scores and diagnostic data for Trend Multipro handheld Triple Play test solution
DULUTH, GA, February 27, 2007 - Telchemy,® Incorporated, the global leader in Voice and Video over IP fault and performance management technology, announced that Trend Communications has licensed its VQmon/SA performance monitoring technology. VQmon will be used in the Trend Multipro Triple Play test set.
VQmon/SA provides real time performance analysis of Voice over IP calls, providing MOS scores, R factors and valuable diagnostic data. VQmon is unique in its ability to analyze VoIP calls or IPTV streams with time varying impairments, and is the subject of three patents and several pending patent applications.
